Intercultural training
The world we live in is characterized by cultural heterogeneity. This is increasingly true for Hungary as well. Besides the thirteen official minorities traditionally living here, we are hosting more and more immigrants and foreign workers.

Encountering these cultural differences is an everyday experience. Our training courses aim to create an environment where the encounter with the other is not a source of conflict or tension but a road to the development of personality and mutual cooperation. The programs that make up our training courses are designed taking into consideration the background of the participants. Our target groups are primarily composed of teachers working with socially and culturally heterogeneous classes, social workers, minority representatives, professionals dealing with the integration of immigrants or with international development, as well as managers or employees of international companies and even the participants of European youth mobility programs. The aim of these training courses is to strengthen social competencies, such as communication in a foreign environment, contact building, conflict-recognition and resolution and sensitivity to the issues of culture.

The pedagogical work of the Foundation also includes research into the possibilities of applying intercultural communication and its components and into development opportunities of intercultural competence.
