Artemisszió Foundation could realize an old plan thanks to the support of the National Civil Fund. Between February 28th and March 4th, 2007 we invited for a five-day meeting twelve foreign partners with which we have collaborated for long years on youth mobility projects The main aim of the seminar was to evaluate together past projects, to gather our experiences and to try to find solutions to the problems we faced throughout the years. Another important aim of our gathering was to pass our experiences on to other Hungarian organizations which recently began their activity in the planning of youth mobility projects. This way they could familiarize themselves with our experiences and get to know foreign organizations which, with many years of practice, run such projects with professionality. We think -and the feedback shows it-, that in the course of this meeting we managed to attain our goals. Some of Artemisszió Foundation's foreign partners could meet each other, they could get to know one another's work and their different practices of implementation of youth mobility projects in detail. Throughout the meeting we could also talk about several professional-ethical problems and eventually we could reach a minimum consensus on how we should collaborate and what we should pay attention to in order have all actors (sending organizations, host organizations, participants and so on) reach their goals and maximize the success of the projects.
